Turkey Burgers with Gochujang Aioli

    Wash and dry produce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise , gochujang , half the garlic powder , salt , and black pepper . Add water a little at a time until the aioli reaches a drizzling consistency. Set aside.

    In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey with the remaining garlic powder , sugar (use 4 teaspoons for 4 servings), salt , and black pepper . Form the turkey mixture into two ½-inch-thick patties (four patties for 4 servings), each slightly wider than a burger bun. Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes per side. ⏱️ 4-6 minutes

    While the patties cook, split and toast brioche buns . In a large bowl, toss mixed greens with as much sesame dressing as you like. Season to taste with salt and black pepper .

    Spread the cut sides of the brioche buns with gochujang aioli . Fill with ground turkey patties and crispy fried onions . Divide the burgers and salad between plates. Serve.
